Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with retail business objectives
* Oversee daily logistics operations across distribution centers and store networks
* Manage inventory flow ensuring efficient replenishment and stock availability
* Identify operational risks and implement solutions to ensure safe and efficient logistics processes
* Lead private label logistics and inventory management activities
* Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to optimize logistics costs
* Monitor customs regulations and maintain compliance with legal requirements
* Build relationships with regulatory authorities and manage logistics compliance updates
* Optimize logistics processes to reduce delays, prevent stockouts, and improve efficiency
* Lead team performance management including goal setting, feedback, and development
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* Master’s degree preferred
* 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles with at least 4 years in retail
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and operations
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
* Ability to manage complex logistics operations in a fast-paced environment
