Arabic and English with high level of both spoken and written language
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
Taking notes during meetings.
Driving license is a must
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Preferred experience with import- export contracts and bank systems
Social media management skills required
Should be flexible with working hours from day and night
