Manager - Global Trade Service (GTS) - Application Management Services
Join Deloitte’s International Tax group as a Manager in Global Trade Service (GTS), where you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients with trade compliance, SAP GTS implementations, and process optimizations. You will manage the AMS team, ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and work on continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the AMS team responsible for SAP GTS, ensuring optimal resource allocation and workload distribution.
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the SAP GTS system, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries.
- Lead incident and problem management, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.
- Oversee new model launch (NML) training activities, ensuring brand and distributor compliance.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align AMS services with business needs.
- Implement and maintain incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of service disruptions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AMS processes and reporting.
- Prepare reports on AMS service performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Manage budgetary allocations for AMS services, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP GTS implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in SAP GTS configuration, compliance, customs, trade preferences, and Intrastat reporting.
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 modules such as SD, MM, or LE.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ITIL certification, Scrum Master accreditation, or equivalent vendor certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced global environment.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- ITIL certification, Scrum Master certification, or vendor certifications such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft.
