• Nationality: Asian male and Female from Indian, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lankan and Philippine
• Should be 21-40 years old
• Proficient in English
• To answer telephone calls and take messages
• To schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars and inform the manager
• Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors and organize the meeting.
• To copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
• To handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Must have experience in Microsoft office.
• Should resolve problems related with administration.
• Effectively respond to clients on their inquiries.
• A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
