Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
Implement inventory reporting and analytics to inform business decisions
Cataloguing & Content Enrichment:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across the ecommerce platform
Develop and maintain high-quality product content, including images and descriptions
Collaborate with content teams to create engaging product experiences
Studio Operations & Coordination:
Forecast studio operations needs and plan accordingly
Coordinate with studio teams to ensure timely and high-quality product photography and content creation
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
Quality Assurance & Platform Health:
Conduct quality checks on products going live to ensure accuracy and consistency
Monitor ecommerce platform performance, identifying and resolving technical issues
Implement processes to ensure platform health and user experience
Stakeholder Management & Analysis:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, buying team, and customer service teams
Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
Develop and present reports on ecommerce performance and insights
Technology & Process:
Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
