Job Purpose
Consult with clients and design custom itineraries to facilitate their travel arrangements. Oversee booking of flights, accommodation, transfers, and more, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers to add value to the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Handle VIP and complex client needs, managing escalated internal and external operational issues to ensure efficient query resolution.
Consult with clients to design customized itineraries that meet their leisure requirements and provide quotations with multiple options to ensure competitive deals.
Regularly monitor air and non-air booking queues to ensure all changes are promptly updated and communicated to clients.
Ensure compliance with Al Rostamani Travels (ART) guidelines and supplier terms, maintaining accuracy in value document issuance, refunds, and timely management of receivables and payables.
Create and update client profiles in the system for efficient booking processing.
Engage in smart selling techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and negotiating spot deals with airlines and suppliers to enhance value for clients and ART.
Participate in Familiarization (FAM) Tours, workshops, training, and roadshows to stay informed on product and destination knowledge.
Report cash/PO documentation daily.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.
Knowledge & Skills
In-depth knowledge of the leisure travel industry
Experience with travel systems
Strong geographical knowledge
Excellent relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask efficiently
