Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a midlevel social media strategist and subject matter expert to join one of the largest teams at VML. You're a curious, culturally-fluent strategist who loves to question assumptions and challenge the status quo. You'll uncover insights that can guide a brand's ideas and decisions, and play a key role in shaping their overall approach to social.
What you'll do:
Develop social briefs, strategies, social playbooks, activations and campaign ideas
Conduct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to guide a brand's strategic decisions
Partner with creative, strategy, data and media teams to support a brand's social marketing goals
Onboard and train junior team members
Who you are:
4-7 year of social marketing experience
Advance understanding of social platforms and functions ability to share with others
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Strong communication and presentation skills
