Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned Amazon Delivery Service Partners.
* Act as a communication bridge between delivery partners and Amazon operations teams.
* Develop a clear understanding of transportation operations, partner business models, and last-mile delivery challenges.
* Identify operational strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities within assigned partner accounts.
* Recommend practical improvements that strengthen delivery performance, compliance, and customer service.
* Monitor overall program performance and investigate unusual results or recurring operational issues.
* Own the network compliance score for assigned Delivery Service Partner accounts.
* Track compliance indicators and follow up on missed standards, incomplete actions, or unresolved risks.
* Coordinate with operations, finance, compliance, safety, program, and support teams to resolve partner issues.
* Map business requirements and document operational processes, workflows, dependencies, and control points.
* Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to simplify or improve execution.
* Develop proposed solutions and prepare clear functional specifications when process or system changes are required.
* Build and maintain performance metrics for delivery partners and assigned programs.
* Prepare executive updates covering operational results, partner risks, compliance status, and improvement actions.
* Support forecasting and budgeting activities using accurate operational and financial data.
