This role is responsible for accurately executing a wide range of cash management transactions including remittances, loans, deposits, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with internal procedures and service-level agreements while maintaining exceptional service for both internal and external clients. What You’ll Do
* Process daily transactions for cash management products including
inward/outward remittances, deposits, loans, and post-dated cheques
* Ensure all activities are completed accurately and within internal cut-off times and SLA parameters
* Uphold compliance with FAB’s internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
* Support audit and risk control initiatives through timely documentation, reporting, and transaction proofing
* Respond promptly to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Monitor and reconcile suspense and internal accounts as per bank guidelines
* Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and operational process improvements
* Maintain secure handling, archival, and retrieval of customer and transaction records
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cash management or operational processing in a banking environment
* Proficiency in transaction processing systems and understanding of remittance workflows
* Strong knowledge of banking standards, reconciliation practices, and compliance requirements
* Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
