We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in the UAE. The role focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with customers in assigned territories. What You’ll Do
* Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Schedule appointments and conduct detailing sessions with medical professionals
* Ensure high product visibility and availability in assigned markets
* Maintain and update customer databases and visit records
* Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market insights to management
* Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional events
* Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely product delivery
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during promotional activities
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related discipline (Pharmacy preferred)
* 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales; fresh graduates may apply for entry-level roles
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong motivation, ability to work independently, and achieve targets under pressure
* Valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel within the assigned territory
* Knowledge of UAE healthcare market and experience in therapeutic areas (e.g., pulmonology, dermatology, pediatrics) is a plus
* Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
