* Demonstrate techniques clearly and help students use materials, equipment, and creative tools responsibly.
* Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of progress.
* Encourage experimentation, independent thinking, and respectful discussion of artistic ideas.
The teacher will also maintain an organized and welcoming art room, prepare materials before lessons, and support exhibitions, displays, or school-based creative activities that celebrate student achievement.
Ideal Profile
The preferred candidate holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a closely related discipline. A Master\'s degree will be considered an advantage.
