This position requires a reflective and collaborative educator who can use assessment data to guide planning, communicate effectively with parents, work with curriculum support staff, and contribute to the wider life of the school through events, activities, curriculum groups, and extra-curricular learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver inspiring lessons that help students achieve strong academic and personal outcomes.
* Plan, prepare, and present classroom sessions aligned with curriculum requirements and student needs.
* Work with fellow teachers to design engaging lessons and support consistent curriculum delivery.
* Organise classroom provision, learning resources, and displays to create a positive learning environment.
* Use enthusiastic and imaginative teaching methods to motivate students and encourage participation.
* Support the full ability range through inclusive teaching, suitable challenge, and differentiated learning.
* Observe, assess, and record student development in line with school assessment procedures.
* Use Target Tracker and assessment data to guide future planning, classroom provision, and intervention.
