Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily operational support to last mile operations and program teams.
* Investigate complex operational issues that require detailed analysis and proactive follow-up.
* Monitor operational call-outs and coordinate appropriate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
* Identify situations that could create business risk and escalate them promptly.
* Maintain clear visibility over unresolved operational issues and ensure actions remain on track.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support program objectives.
* Serve as a communication link between operational teams, program teams, and external partners.
* Analyze data from multiple tools, reports, and dashboards to identify operational trends and exceptions.
* Examine large datasets carefully and understand the potential impact of identified discrepancies.
* Use analytical findings to support operational decisions and process improvements.
* Support end-to-end payment processes involving external partners.
* Monitor payment status and help ensure invoices and related transactions are completed within agreed SLAs.
* Raise purchase orders accurately and follow through on required approvals and processing.
* Investigate delayed or incorrect payments and coordinate resolution with responsible teams.
* Maintain clear records relating to purchase orders, payments, partner requirements, and outstanding actions.
* Use Microsoft Excel to review, reconcile, organize, and analyze operational and financial information.
* Support program teams by gathering operational insights from frontline execution.
* Share observations that can improve program design, partner experience, and operational performance.
* Help identify recurring process gaps and contribute to corrective actions.
* Follow up with stakeholders until operational or payment-related issues are fully resolved.
