The Female PE Teacher will support students\' physical development through well-planned lessons, reliable assessment, and active participation in individual and team sports. The role also strengthens school life by coordinating competitions and major sporting events that encourage confidence, healthy habits, fair play, and cooperation among pupils.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver physical education lessons using clear teaching methods and age-appropriate activities.
* Conduct lessons fluently in Arabic and communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and support teams.
* Develop realistic, reliable, and valid procedures for evaluating student performance.
* Record progress accurately and prepare assessment reports for school leadership and parents when required.
* Establish safe teaching practices covering hygiene, equipment use, physical activity, and student supervision.
* Maintain the department\'s philosophy, aims, priorities, operational procedures, and quality standards.
* Manage PE equipment, sports resources, activity spaces, and related school facilities.
* Monitor the overall quality of physical education provided to pupils across the school.
The teacher will coordinate House Days, Sports Days, swimming galas, inter-house competitions, sporting trips, practical workshops, and displays. Close cooperation with other departments, advisory teams, and student support services will be essential.
Ideal Profile
The preferred applicant is an experienced female Physical Education Teacher with strong spoken and instructional fluency in Arabic.
