Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver learning experiences aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
* Use play-based and teacher-guided activities to develop essential early learning skills.
* Establish consistent routines that support children\'s confidence, behavior, and independence.
* Create learning areas that encourage communication, discovery, creativity, and collaboration.
* Observe children during lessons and activities to identify progress and developmental needs.
* Maintain accurate learning records and use observations to inform future planning.
The teachers will adapt classroom experiences for varied abilities and provide suitable support or challenge without limiting children\'s participation.
* Prepare age-appropriate learning materials, displays, and practical resources.
* Promote language, literacy, numeracy, physical development, and social interaction.
* Maintain a safe, clean, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment.
* Communicate children\'s progress and classroom updates clearly to parents.
* Work with colleagues and inclusion teams to support individual learning needs.
* Participate in curriculum planning, staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
* Follow safeguarding, health, hygiene, and student-welfare procedures.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and early-years team.
Ideal Profile
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Education qualification with the certificate attested for use in the United Arab Emirates. A relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification should support the candidate\'s teaching background.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Foundation Stage, EYFS, or homeroom teaching is mandatory. Candidates should possess good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and demonstrate excellent English communication.
Previous experience within a British curriculum school will be an advantage. Strong organization, patience, classroom management, collaboration, and an understanding of early childhood development are essential.
