Role Context
The Marketing Events Executive - Schools will play an important role in promoting LEAMS Education’s British curriculum and CBSE schools across Dubai. The position supports admissions, parent engagement, corporate visibility, and digital brand growth by developing marketing campaigns, managing online platforms, organizing school events, and creating content that reflects the group’s values, academic strengths, and long-term education offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and enhance corporate branding across the LEAMS Education website, social media channels, digital platforms, and external communications.
* Work closely with group school admissions officers to create marketing strategies that support student enrollment growth.
* Develop, update, and manage website content, newsletters, social media posts, blogs, campaign material, and school communication content.
* Create and execute marketing plans that improve brand visibility for British curriculum and CBSE schools in Dubai.
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver educational events, school promotions, open days, exhibitions, and marketing communication campaigns.
* Manage social media content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
* Support web marketing, SEO activities, Google listings, online visibility, and digital lead generation initiatives.
* Prepare marketing collateral, press releases, newsletters, brochures, event materials, promotional campaigns, and admissions-focused content.
* Research media coverage, competitor activity, digital trends, and education-sector marketing practices.
* Coordinate photography, videography, creative assets, and design requirements for campaigns and school events.
* Maintain consistent brand tone, visual quality, and messaging across all marketing and communication materials.
* Track campaign activities, event outcomes, social media engagement, and admissions-related marketing performance.
* Collaborate with school leaders, admissions teams, creative vendors, and internal departments to deliver timely marketing projects.
* Support continuous improvement in corporate communications, parent engagement, and school community visibility.
Ideal Profile
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Relevant experience in marketing, events, branding, public relations, communications, or digital media.
* Experience in the education sector or school marketing will be a strong advantage.
* Strong content writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
* Good understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, SEO, Google listings, and web content management.
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design and content creation tools.
* Photography, videography, and video editing skills will be a significant advantage.
* Excellent organizational, planning, project management, and time management abilities.
