Emirates British Nursery, part of GMG, is seeking a Nursery Teacher - Early Childhood Education in Dubai, UAE to support children\'s learning, development, safety, and well-being within an Early Years Foundation Stage environment. The role involves delivering planned educational activities, encouraging independent learning, monitoring individual development, and creating an inclusive setting where children can build a strong foundation of knowledge, skills, and understanding.

Core Responsibilities
* Undertake appropriate
activities with children while maintaining their safety and supporting their physical, emotional, and educational development.
* Deliver planned educational activities and learning programs while encouraging children to develop independence.
* Provide a high standard of care and education within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Encourage the acceptance and inclusion of all children.
* Adapt activities appropriately to address the individual needs of students.
* Monitor, assess, and record children\'s individual needs using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
* Take responsibility for children\'s care, welfare, health, safety, and security while they are within the nursery.
* Participate in assessments of children\'s learning and development.
* Prepare appropriate reports covering children\'s work and developmental progress.
* Carry out other relevant responsibilities assigned by management.
What We Are Looking For
Candidates may qualify through one of the educational pathways specified by Emirates British Nursery.
* University degree in Early Childhood, Education, or another specialization accompanied by a certified Level III vocational certificate in early childhood care and education.
Or
* High School Diploma combined with a certified vocational qualification in early childhood care and education, specifically CACHE Level 3, together with at least two years of experience in childcare or children\'s education.
* Native-level proficiency in English is required.
* Candidates currently residing in Dubai or already planning to relocate to Dubai regardless of employment opportunities with Emirates British Nursery are preferred.
