Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to short, medium, and long-term planning for curriculum and departmental development.
* Use assessment and school performance data to identify students who are underachieving.
* Develop practical intervention plans to address gaps in learning and improve student progress.

* Support the development, review, and evaluation of schemes of work across relevant year groups.
* Ensure curriculum planning includes appropriate provision for SEN, People of Determination, gifted and talented, and EAL students.
* Maintain curriculum continuity and progression for students across different ability levels.
* Set high expectations for achievement, classroom behavior, participation, and quality of work.
