Key Responsibilities

The librarian will guide students in locating information, selecting age-appropriate reading materials, and distinguishing trustworthy sources from unreliable content.

* Teach research and information-literacy skills through individual guidance and planned student sessions.
* Help students use library databases, digital catalogs, e-books, and online research platforms.
* Explain how to evaluate digital information and reference sources responsibly.
* Recommend curriculum-linked resources to teachers and academic departments.
* Organize reading campaigns, book fairs, author-related activities, and literacy initiatives.
* Encourage reading participation among students with varied interests and ability levels.

Ideal Profile
