The Social Studies Teacher will help students understand history, geography, society, citizenship, and the relationship between people and their communities. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and teach Social Studies lessons in accordance with the approved CBSE curriculum.

* Use discussions, research tasks, projects, maps, case studies, and current examples to make lessons meaningful.
* Assess student understanding through classwork, assignments, examinations, and continuous evaluation.
* Maintain accurate records of achievement and provide constructive feedback that supports improvement.
* Adapt instruction for different learning levels while maintaining appropriate academic expectations.
* Apply effective classroom management practices and create a respectful environment for discussion and inquiry.
* Contribute to curriculum mapping, subject planning, resource selection, and departmental improvement activities.
* Ensure teaching practices and academic documentation comply with applicable KHDA regulations and CBSE standards.
The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular activities, school initiatives, student support, and the evaluation of new educational approaches.
Ideal Profile
Applicants must hold a Master\'s degree in Social Studies or a directly relevant subject. A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the UAE is required, together with a comprehensive understanding of KHDA regulations and CBSE academic standards.
