Job Overview
As a Business Analyst in Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions practice, you will work on high-impact valuation and financial modeling projects across various industries. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with less than one year of experience who are eager to build a solid foundation in corporate finance, transactions, and strategic advisory.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct financial research and analysis in support of valuation and modeling projects
* Assist in developing financial models and presentation materials for client engagements
* Support data collection, market benchmarking, and business diagnostics
* Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings and provide analytical support
* Assist in the preparation of client-ready deliverables and reporting packages
* Contribute to the team’s business development efforts, including client pursuits and proposal support
* Help maintain databases, templates, and documentation for valuation engagements
Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage but not mandatory
Experience:
* Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a financial, investment, or advisory role
Skills:
* Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
* High motivation and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
