Key Responsibilities (Will Vary by Role)
* Provide strategic financial advice during transactions, including due diligence, valuation, M&A support, and restructuring
* Identify risk and opportunity in clients’ businesses and offer actionable recommendations
* Engage in cross-border engagements by leveraging Deloitte’s global network and local market expertise
* Deliver insight-driven financial solutions across all phases of the economic cycle
* Collaborate with diverse teams and provide end-to-end client solutions across industries
* Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical, and professional standards in all client engagements
Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Certifications (Preferred):
* CFA, CPA, CA, or equivalent financial credentials
Experience:
* Experience levels vary by role; opportunities available for both early-career and experienced professionals
* Prior exposure to financial modeling, valuation, or transaction services is an advantage
* Consulting, banking, or audit backgrounds highly valued
Skills:
* Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities
* Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and deliver insights concisely
* Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus
