Job Overview
As an IT Audit Senior, you will play a key role in delivering IT assurance services to top-tier clients. You will contribute to audit planning, perform IT risk assessments, and lead testing of IT general and application controls. This role involves managing multiple engagements across industries, while ensuring compliance with professional standards and delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute IT audit procedures related to automated and general controls
* Perform IT risk assessments and contribute to engagement scoping
* Evaluate and test system-generated reports, interface controls, and application security
* Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and client personnel
* Coordinate with financial audit teams to ensure integration of IT and financial controls
* Maintain client relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit work
* Document audit evidence in compliance with Deloitte and industry standards
* Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
* Work across concurrent engagements and manage deadlines effectively
Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Computing
Certifications (Preferred):
* CISA or equivalent IT audit/assurance certification is preferred
Experience:
* Minimum 6 years of experience in IT audit (external or internal), preferably in financial services or telecom
* Proficiency in evaluating controls across applications, operating systems, and databases
Skills:
* Strong technical understanding of IT control environments and automated audit procedures
* Effective communication and report writing skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
* Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple audits independently
* Client-focused, team-oriented, and committed to quality delivery
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
