What Does a Client Engagement Manager Do?
As a Client Engagement Manager at IFZA, you will be responsible for converting new leads into successful client engagements, maintaining ongoing communication with customers, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience. The role involves both strategic sales initiatives and daily client interaction via phone, email, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Respond to incoming leads and follow up on client payments and application progress
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct clients in a B2C environment
- Manage client expectations in case of delays, rejections, or complex cases
- Coordinate with internal departments including operations, sales support, finance, and marketing
- Attend weekly sales meetings and key performance reviews
- Actively engage in CRM activities and ensure all client communications are logged
- Stay up to date with changes in UAE laws and regulations that affect company formation
- Gather and share client feedback with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Generate performance and client engagement reports as needed
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product and market knowledge
What Skills Are Needed for a Client Engagement Role in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in sales and client relationship management
- Proven ability to close deals and meet KPIs in a target-driven environment
Core Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen and confidence handling complex queries
- Proficiency in CRM systems and report generation
- Experience working in multicultural and multilingual client environments
Languages:
- Full English proficiency required
- Additional languages such as Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German are an advantage
