What Does a Client Engagement Manager Do?
As a Client Engagement Manager at IFZA, you will lead licensing sales, manage relationships with a multilingual client base, and serve as the main point of contact for license applications. You will collaborate closely with sales support, finance, operations, and training teams to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent achievement of sales goals.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Source and develop new client relationships through outbound efforts
- Build long-term partnerships with clients based on trust and transparency
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage expectations with professionalism
- Lead business development strategies to create new revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate client data and communication records in the CRM
- Participate in sales meetings and training to remain up to date on products and market trends
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure clients are informed and supported
What Skills Are Needed for a Client Engagement Role in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations
- Proven track record in exceeding KPIs in a sales-driven environment
Languages:
- Full English fluency is required
- Portuguese or Spanish proficiency is mandatory
