What Does a Client Relations Officer Do?
As a Client Relations Officer at IFZA, you will support both clients and professional partners by providing timely, accurate, and helpful information regarding trade licenses. You’ll manage documentation, monitor CRM updates, and ensure each application is processed smoothly while delivering a high standard of customer service.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Provide accurate and prompt license-related information to clients and partners
- Issue quotations and licensing documentation aligned with company guidelines
- Monitor, manage, and regularly update the CRM system with application progress
- Review and validate all submitted documentation including passports and application forms
- Respond to client and partner emails, addressing licensing scenarios and inquiries
- Foster long-term business relationships by delivering outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and renewals
- Handle client complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Uphold IFZA’s reputation by maintaining high integrity and responsiveness in every interaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management
What Skills Are Needed for a Client Relations Role in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- Customer service or client relationship management experience is preferred
- Administrative experience in licensing or documentation handling is an advantage
Core Competencies:
- Full English proficiency (additional languages are a plus)
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and occasional in-person settings
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups in a high-volume environment
