What Does a Renewals Consultant Do?
The Renewals Consultant at IFZA plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and timely license renewals for existing clients. The position involves direct communication with professional partners, conducting follow-ups, addressing objections, and maintaining CRM accuracy. The consultant also participates in in-person meetings and supports licensees through all aspects of the renewal journey.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Notify clients and partners of upcoming renewal deadlines, following internal timelines
- Handle escalated and complex renewal cases with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking
- Negotiate terms with partners to ensure the best outcomes for both parties
- Analyze renewal trends and implement strategies to increase partner conversion rates
- Monitor and update the CRM system to manage and track renewals effectively
- Respond promptly to queries via email and other communication channels
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients to strengthen relationships
- Host meetings and training sessions with partners to align expectations and performance
- Support administrative and operational activities related to renewals and amendments
- Perform additional job-related duties as required by management
What Skills Are Needed for a Renewals Role in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- Industry experience in licensing, immigration, amendments, or cancellations is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience in client services or account management is preferred
Core Competencies:
- Full proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Confident communication skills across phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple renewals and meet deadlines
