What Does a Sales Account Manager Do?

As a Sales Account Manager at IFZA, your main role will be to sell licenses, manage ongoing client relationships, and generate new leads. You will engage with clients across various touchpoints—phone, email, Zoom, and in-person—and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Drive sales initiatives and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction
- Handle client queries, feedback, and expectations with professionalism and empathy
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and partnership building
- Participate in CRM tracking, sales reporting, and pipeline management activities
- Collaborate closely with sales support, marketing, finance, and operations teams
- Attend sales meetings and continuous training sessions to enhance performance

What Skills Are Needed for a Sales Account Manager in Dubai?

Education and Experience:
- 4–10 years of experience in sales and client relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a similar sales environment

Language Skills:
- Full English proficiency is required
- Portuguese or Spanish fluency is mandatory

Core Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in KPI tracking and CRM usage
