The Communications Manager helps shape and protect brand reputation by managing integrated communication campaigns across media, digital, and internal channels. The role supports strong storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and media visibility while ensuring clear messaging that connects with customers, employees, and the wider business community.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and execute integrated consumer and corporate communication campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media channels
* Manage internal communication channels and develop engaging cross-channel content for employees
* Support both external and internal communication strategies aligned with business priorities
* Develop and review press releases, briefing documents, talking points, case studies, and campaign materials
* Coordinate Arabic and English communication content for media and internal audiences
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists across the UAE
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent campaign execution and messaging
* Manage communication agencies and monitor delivery quality and brand consistency
* Track campaign performance using KPIs, media coverage reports, and effectiveness analysis
* Support executive communication planning and reputation management initiatives
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required
* Professional experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications
* Proven experience executing integrated communication campaigns across multiple channels
* Fluent Arabic and English communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing
* Strong knowledge of the UAE media landscape and consumer behavior
* Experience managing external agencies and communication partners preferred
* Good understanding of digital communication and social media strategy
* Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder coordination skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing business environment
