Key Responsibilities
* Review External Communications operational plans and initiatives and identify gaps that could affect reputation or stakeholder perception.
* Recommend corrective actions that strengthen the Group\'s image and improve communication effectiveness.
* Develop reputation risk management programs that address both proactive and reactive communication requirements.
* Monitor issues that could adversely affect corporate reputation and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
* Advise management on sensitive reputation matters, communication risks and high-impact external issues.
* Provide strategic communication recommendations that support informed executive decision-making.
* Develop public relations plans aligned with corporate priorities and broader business objectives.
* Design initiatives that strengthen external awareness, trust and positive stakeholder perception.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with leading print, online and digital media organizations.
* Engage journalists and media representatives locally and internationally to create credible communication opportunities.
* Monitor public perception, media coverage and communication trends.
* Analyze reputation indicators and identify opportunities to improve public relations strategies.
* Track media sentiment and emerging narratives that could influence stakeholder understanding of the Group.
* Provide technical advice to subsidiaries, assets and operating companies on reputation management.
* Support Group companies in developing public relations strategies and corporate communication plans.
* Ensure communication approaches remain consistent with Group positioning, messaging and reputation objectives.
* Develop targeted storytelling strategies that translate business activities into relevant stakeholder narratives.
* Create stakeholder engagement plans that ensure reliable, accurate and influential messages reach priority audiences.
* Support development of executive and external communications content for major corporate initiatives.
* Advise teams on messaging for complex, sensitive or high-profile business matters.
* Coordinate with internal business functions to gather accurate information and align communications with operational realities.
* Work with digital communication teams to ensure consistent messaging across social media, websites and e-newsletters.
* Contribute to integrated campaigns that combine public relations, digital communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Identify innovative communication formats and channels that can strengthen reach and audience engagement.
* Support communication change initiatives by introducing improved ways of working.
* Manage multiple communications projects across cross-functional teams while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications, Digital Communication, Marketing or an equivalent discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, digital communication, branding or related fields.
* Experience in senior-level communication roles within large and complex organizations is strongly preferred.
* Strong background in developing and implementing corporate communication strategies.
* Practical experience in reputation management and public relations.
* Demonstrated ability to advise leadership on sensitive communication and reputation matters.
* Strong knowledge of media relations and stakeholder engagement practices.
* Experience building relationships with journalists and influential media organizations.
* Strong understanding of public perception monitoring and media analysis.
