Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies for Corporate Services, including Travel, HR, Consultancy, and Professional Services, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, should-cost modeling, and value chain mapping to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgets, and regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Plan, organize, and manage procurement projects with clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, including supplier identification, selection, and negotiation.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to optimize performance and align with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize specifications and achieve business objectives while ensuring resource optimization.
- Mentor and lead a team of Sourcing Managers, promoting a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
- Monitor end-to-end compliance and execute risk mitigation plans to safeguard business interests.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build sustainable and effective relationships with internal stakeholders, demonstrating political astuteness to influence decision-making.
- Engage in budget discussions, ensuring alignment with procurement KPIs and organizational value.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- CIPS (or equivalent) qualification highly desirable.
- 7–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in category management and supplier management.
- Expertise in category strategies, total cost analysis, and ecosystem mapping.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence decisions and manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and e-catalogue management.
- Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and strategic procurement leadership.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
