* Establish clear reporting on RAMS progress, outstanding issues, risks, and corrective actions.
* Coordinate RAMS workload across the project team and support effective allocation of technical responsibilities.
* Develop reliability requirements and quantified failure rate targets for systems and subsystems.
* Calculate equipment and component failure rates using approved technical data and relevant sources.
* Develop Reliability Block Diagrams to model system performance and identify critical reliability dependencies.
* Work with Engineering teams to agree realistic reliability targets for subsystems and vendor-supplied equipment.
* Develop system and subsystem availability models based on reliability architecture and operational requirements.
* Perform quantified availability assessments and evaluate whether proposed designs achieve required performance targets.
* Incorporate reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety requirements into vendor specifications and technical requirements.
* Review supplier and contractor evidence demonstrating achievement of RAMS performance objectives.
* Develop Maintainability Analyses and undertake supporting maintainability assessments.
* Assess maintenance concepts, repair times, equipment accessibility, redundancy, and operational recovery requirements.
* Support Through Life Cost modelling and assess the relationship between reliability, maintenance, asset performance, and lifecycle expenditure.
* Act as the principal technical contact for system safety matters within the assigned scope.
* Lead discussions on safety activities with Engineering teams, contractors, project management, and the client.
* Interpret contractual safety requirements and communicate applicable obligations to affected technical disciplines.
* Ensure required safety analyses are planned, completed, reviewed, and delivered in accordance with project schedules.
* Conduct and review Failure Mode and Effects Analyses.
* Perform and assess Fault Tree Analyses for safety-critical systems and failure scenarios.
* Lead hazard identification and risk assessment workshops.
* Develop, maintain, and monitor hazard registers and safety requirement databases.

* Support development and management of system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Use requirements management tools to maintain requirements allocation, traceability, verification status, and compliance evidence.
* Support system modelling and architecture activities using appropriate engineering tools.
* Review design concepts and contribute to concept generation, evaluation, and selection.
* Perform technical assessments of system and subsystem designs from a RAMS and safety perspective.
* Support verification planning and assess whether test strategies provide adequate evidence of requirements compliance.
* Provide functional guidance on preparation of Inspection and Test Plans.
* Verify that appropriate technical personnel review, approve, and implement Inspection and Test Plans.
* Support Program Management with RAMS status, technical risks, contractor performance, and assurance recommendations.
* Provide RAMS expertise to Manufacturing, Field Start-up, Design Engineering, Testing and Commissioning, and Operations teams.
