2D Graphic Designer
Azizi Developments is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Designer to join our Design 360 Studio in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging digital and print materials that align with our brand identity and support marketing, client proposals, and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, brochures, catalogs, and presentations for various digital and print formats
- Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, stakeholder presentations, and promotional materials
- Utilize AI tools such as Prome AI, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, and DALL-E to enhance and streamline design workflows
- Extract and refine components from 3D Max models for use in marketing and presentation materials
- Work closely with architects and visualization teams to translate design concepts into impactful visuals
- Convert and clean CAD files for smooth integration into Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign and Illustrator
- Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD to support both design and marketing teams
- Ensure the highest quality and brand consistency across all visual assets
- Manage print production processes, ensuring accuracy in formatting and adherence to branding guidelines
- Provide mentorship to junior designers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the real estate or architectural industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, After Effects, UX animation, and production marketing kits
- Strong understanding of minimalist design principles and branding aesthetics
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and precision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams
