AMC Coordinator

Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Real Estate Co. LLC is seeking an experienced AMC Coordinator to manage and coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for maintenance projects in Dubai, UAE. This role ensures the timely execution of maintenance contracts, compliance with health and safety regulations, and effective cost management. The ideal candidate will oversee contractor performance, track contract renewals, and ensure high-quality service delivery while optimizing operational efficiency.

Job Industry: Facilities Management & Real Estate
Job Function: AMC Coordination & Maintenance Management
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3 years in facilities management, with at least 2 years of direct experience managing AMCs in real estate
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management-related fields

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and manage AMCs, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives
- Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and contract agreements for maintenance and renovation projects
- Evaluate contract bids and provide recommendations based on technical and financial factors
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance projects
- Track and manage AMC records and renewals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Monitor costs, ensuring budget compliance while identifying cost-effective solutions
- Ensure health and safety compliance for all maintenance operations
- Maintain accurate AMC documentation and assist with performance reporting and key metrics
- Perform additional administrative duties as requested by the Line Manager or Management
