Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is seeking an Architect to join the Property Management Center of Excellence team, supporting architectural and MEP documentation for our malls and hotels portfolio. This role focuses on developing leasing plans, maintaining architectural records, and ensuring technical accuracy across asset plans using advanced CAD and design tools.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare leasing proposal sketch plans for unit creation, merging, or re-demising based on master plans and site conditions
* Coordinate preparation of short-term rental layouts and obtain stakeholder approvals
* Manage technical activities for architectural level-of-development documentation and direct CAD team tasks
* Generate and update Virtual Floor Plans monthly to meet business needs
* Update and maintain leasing plans in line with CRM notifications and site team requests
* Validate CRM virtual unit requests and advise on feasible scenarios
* Maintain updated drawings for assets and implement changes as required
* Drive technology adoption within the team, ensuring efficient use of CAD, 3D, Revit, and graphic systems
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or property management
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite; knowledge of Revit and 3D tools is an advantage
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
