Area Manager – Cinemas | Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment – Dubai UAE
Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead operations across multiple cinema sites. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, adherence to SOPs, financial performance, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. The Area Manager will collaborate with the Director of Operations to achieve revenue goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all cinema locations comply with standard operating procedures and Majid Al Futtaim policies.
* Lead and guide site management teams to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
* Monitor and report on operational performance, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets.
* Support expansion projects, validating operational processes and maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Drive implementation of Customer Service Excellence standards across all sites.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and generate revenue opportunities.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors.
* Strong leadership and operational management skills with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required.
