What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize financial and operational performance
* Manage full P&L statements, including budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans
* Define tenant mix, lease tenures, and asset allocations to ensure cash flow stability and long-term value growth
* Oversee leasing activities for commercial and office spaces, including negotiations, renewals, and tenant retention
* Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and external agencies on property, asset, and facilities management
* Monitor property management financial transactions, procurement, and service charge recovery
* Review FM service level agreements and ensure compliance with contracts across the portfolio
* Stay updated on real estate market trends and laws to assess impact on assets and leasing strategies
* Lead and develop property managers within the portfolio, ensuring performance and compliance with standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management or property management, ideally within large-scale projects
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis
* Proficiency in property management systems such as Yardi or MRI, and advanced Excel skills
* Ability to analyze financial, technical, and legal reports and present strategic recommendations
* Excellent people management and negotiation skills with a wide real estate network
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
