Key Responsibilities
* Design and produce engaging learning content, including videos, animations, presentations, handouts, and invitations.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with learning objectives and company goals.
* Ensure clarity, engagement, and instructional quality for diverse audiences.
* Review and update existing training materials to maintain accuracy and relevance.
* Administer and maintain the LMS platform for smooth content delivery and user experience.
* Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and coordinate with IT for maintenance and updates.
* Manage onboarding to the LMS, ensuring employees are enrolled and trained on navigation and usage.
* Track and report on learner engagement, completion rates, and performance metrics.
* Collect feedback and use insights to improve training effectiveness.
* Explore new technologies, tools, and learning trends to enhance content quality.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in content creation.
* Strong design and script writing skills.
* Proficiency in LMS platforms and online learning environments.
* Skilled in A.I tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and content creation software.
* Knowledge of SCORM and animation tools is an advantage.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving learning needs.
