BIM Coordinator – Azizi Developments Dubai
Azizi Developments is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our Design 360 Studio in Dubai. The role is responsible for ensuring model accuracy, coordination across all disciplines, and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan throughout all project stages.

Role Summary
The BIM Coordinator is responsible for maintaining high-quality, coordinated, and compliant BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The role involves enforcing BIM standards, integrating subcontractor models, managing revisions, and performing model QA/QC checks to support project delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Enforce and maintain adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
* Set up models according to BEP and establish drawing sheets, visibility settings, and annotations.
* Create and manage BIM components, families, and content for all levels of development.
* Coordinate updates, revisions, and clash detections across all design disciplines.
* Integrate subcontractor and consultant models into the central BIM model.
* Maintain secure model storage, backup systems, and version control.
* Log and validate all incoming BIM files for completeness and compliance.
* Prepare and issue coordinated drawings, schedules, and deliverables to project teams.
* Conduct BIM QA/QC checks to ensure consistency with color codes, naming conventions, and data input standards.
* Verify that BIM models align with project specifications and client requirements.
* Ensure all BIM family objects are correctly categorized and compliant with standards.
* Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and suppliers for seamless project coordination.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 7–10 years of BIM coordination experience in design or construction environments within the UAE or GCC.
* Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM management tools.
* Excellent understanding of BIM standards, BEP protocols, and QA/QC processes.
* Ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination and resolve design conflicts.
* Good communication and organizational skills with attention to technical accuracy.
* Familiarity with project documentation and data management procedures.
