Job Overview
As BIM Manager reporting to the Head of BIM 360, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of BIM standards and data protocols. You will manage design technology tools, oversee BIM model coordination across disciplines, and drive studio-wide digital transformation efforts with a focus on automation, integration, and project delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and digital workflows across all disciplines
* Lead strategic BIM initiatives across architecture, MEP, structure, interiors, and landscape teams
* Drive LOD 500 model delivery and digital integration for design, feasibility, cost estimation, and facilities management
* Author and maintain the BIM Manual and related documentation
* Establish and enforce data management systems including file naming, saving, and sharing protocols
* Automate design tasks and generate standardized BIM reports
* Evaluate, implement, and manage BIM software and related technologies within budget constraints
* Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to modelers and design teams
* Oversee software procurement, version upgrades, and maintenance schedules
* Conduct BIM-related R&D to keep practices aligned with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and global best standards
* Support project documentation aligned with 3D and BIM requirements
* Review team competencies and advise on training or hiring needs
Job Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
* 10+ years of BIM experience with 3+ years in a BIM managerial role
* Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
* Experience with software such as Bentley, Microsoft Excel, and other BIM-related tools
* Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192 standards, and LOD classifications
* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, parametric design, modularization, and sustainability integration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional digital teams
