Azizi Developments is hiring a BIM Modeler to join the Design 360 Studio in Dubai. The role focuses on creating and coordinating 3D BIM models for MEP systems across large-scale real estate projects, ensuring design accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.

Role Summary
The BIM Modeler is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for all MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical networks. The position ensures full coordination between disciplines, supports clash detection and design integration, and maintains BIM documentation as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical systems.
* Coordinate BIM models with architectural and structural teams to prevent design and construction conflicts.
* Generate and update shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and clash detection reports.
* Ensure that all BIM outputs comply with project standards and BIM Execution Plans.
* Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project managers for design validation and approvals.
* Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and model documentation for consistency.
* Support the implementation and improvement of BIM workflows and standards within the team.
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
* Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling experience in MEP systems within the UAE or GCC.
* Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
* Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and construction documentation.
* Familiarity with UAE authority standards such as DEWA, DCD, and ADDC.
* Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
