Azizi Developments is seeking a BIM Modeler MEP to join the Design 360 Studio in Dubai. The role involves creating precise and coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting, ensuring compliance with project standards and authority requirements.

Role Summary
The BIM Modeler MEP is responsible for developing accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for all mechanical systems within Azizi’s large-scale projects. The role requires coordination across multiple disciplines to maintain consistency, resolve clashes, and ensure deliverables meet company and project-specific BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and update 3D BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems using Revit and other BIM tools.
* Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, and electrical teams for clash-free integration.
* Generate shop drawings, construction documents, and as-built models from BIM.
* Participate in coordination and design meetings to resolve clashes and apply design revisions.
* Ensure all BIM outputs meet required Levels of Development (LOD) and project-specific standards.
* Maintain BIM documentation, file naming conventions, and version control per the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
* Support BIM Coordinators and Managers in implementing BIM workflows and maintaining compliance.
* Ensure design and documentation meet DEWA, DCD, ADDC, and other relevant authority regulations.
* Collaborate with site teams to validate model accuracy and support construction activities.
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* 5–8 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling within the UAE or GCC.
* Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
* Understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination workflows.
* Familiarity with Dubai and UAE authority standards including DEWA, DCD, and ADDC.
* Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
