As a core part of our Technical Office, you will coordinate BIM activities across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior Design disciplines. This is a pivotal role in ensuring accurate model delivery, resolving clashes, and supporting the construction team in executing the design intent with efficiency and quality.

Job Overview
The BIM Modeler will lead coordination between design consultants, internal engineering teams, and contractors. You will be responsible for model validation, clash detection, and site-based support, ensuring BIM workflows align with project specifications and UAE regulations. This role contributes to seamless construction execution and digital transformation within one of Dubai’s most prestigious real estate portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and review BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and ID disciplines
* Validate BIM deliverables for constructability, accuracy, and compliance with local codes
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors for clash detection and resolution
* Conduct and lead BIM coordination meetings, tracking issues to closure
* Support value engineering efforts by proposing efficient model-based solutions
* Assist the construction supervision team in interpreting design intent on-site
* Provide BIM-related technical support to site engineers and document controllers
* Maintain and update models throughout construction to reflect actual site conditions
* Follow Azizi’s BIM protocols and contribute to digital documentation and reporting
Job Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Civil, or a related field
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination
* Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools
* Experience coordinating large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
* Understanding of UAE construction regulations and BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650)
* Ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary coordination with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
