Azizi Developments is looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our onsite Supervision team at Dubai South. This role supports the delivery of some of Dubai’s most prestigious developments, including Burj Azizi and Azizi Venice. As a BIM Modeler, you will lead the coordination of digital design models across architectural, structural, MEP, and interior disciplines, ensuring project accuracy and constructability.

Job Overview
The BIM Modeler will play a central role in managing and validating BIM models, enhancing cross-disciplinary collaboration, and supporting design-to-construction workflows. You will work under the direction of the Senior BIM Engineer and ensure project requirements are digitally coordinated and executed efficiently on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage BIM models across Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Interior Design disciplines
* Review consultant and contractor models to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and local regulations
* Lead BIM coordination meetings and facilitate clash detection and resolution
* Support value engineering processes through model-based analysis and alternatives
* Provide technical support and guidance to site teams to ensure design intent is accurately implemented
* Ensure timely and consistent updates of models and documentation in alignment with construction phases
* Maintain documentation related to BIM processes and coordinate with the Technical Office on model submissions
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling experience in high-rise or large-scale projects
* Strong command of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and other modeling platforms
* Familiarity with UAE building codes, construction standards, and digital coordination protocols
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with design consultants, internal teams, and contractors
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project documentation practices
