You will engage with internal teams, external consultants, and global brand partners to ensure technical compliance, design integrity, and timely completion of all projects. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle of multiple B2B projects, including new developments and refurbishments
* Ensure timely, on-budget, and standard-compliant project delivery
* Optimize gross lettable area for maximum profitability
* Coordinate with brand principals and internal stakeholders to align project scope and execution
* Supervise contractors, consultants, and suppliers for efficient and compliant implementation
* Drive the pre-contract phase by delivering technical input and design briefs
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure cost control throughout project stages
* Oversee procurement and appointment of contractors as per internal policies
* Serve as the primary client liaison throughout project delivery
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical)
* Additional certifications in Cost Management or Architecture preferred
* Minimum 7 years of experience in project management roles within retail or commercial real estate
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient knowledge of design, construction methodologies, and project controls
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
* Excellent time management and documentation abilities
