Job Overview
The Camp Administrator will be responsible for the overall management of labor camps, including enforcing policies, supervising staff, ensuring facility maintenance, and resolving resident concerns. This role is essential in maintaining safe and compliant living conditions and fostering a healthy camp environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and oversee daily camp operations and housekeeping standards
* Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and maintenance across all camp facilities
* Monitor compliance with local laws, company regulations, and health and safety standards
* Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance, and incident reports
* Coordinate with HR and site teams for smooth onboarding and accommodation of new workers
* Address complaints and requests from residents and resolve conflicts efficiently
* Organize regular inspections and follow up on necessary corrective actions
* Ensure awareness and implementation of all camp-related policies among residents
* Oversee catering, laundry, and transportation services provided to the workforce
* Report any serious violations or emergencies promptly to management
Job Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labor camp administration or facilities coordination
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage a culturally diverse workforce
* Familiarity with UAE labor camp regulations and compliance requirements
* Basic computer skills and reporting ability
* Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Tamil is a plus)
