We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our logistics operations team in Dubai. This role is essential for managing cash collections, reconciling payments, and supporting financial processes in coordination with warehouse and transport teams. What You’ll Do
* Collect and record daily cash from delivery personnel and transport partners
* Process payments for inbound and outbound logistics transactions
* Reconcile cash and payment reports from warehouse and transport operations
* Maintain organized filing of delivery cash slips, invoices, PODs, and vouchers
* Assist finance team in verifying and entering payment records for freight and warehouse services
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely submission of documents
* Support monthly stock audits and reconcile COD cash collections
* Maintain accurate logs for driver payments, refunds, and petty cash transactions
* Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or finance training is a plus
* Strong numerical and calculation skills
* Proficient in MS Excel or similar data entry tools
* Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain finance preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
