Civil Inspector
Azizi Developments is seeking a highly skilled Civil Inspector to join our onsite supervision team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and supervising civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards. This role requires expertise in structural soundness assessments, engineering inspections, and quality control in high-profile real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications
- Oversee and verify the completion of civil and structural works within the defined budget and project guidelines
- Monitor construction progress and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure contractors have the necessary construction equipment and materials to maintain smooth workflow
- Conduct inspections of piling works, post-tension suspended slabs, precast walls, and structural steelworks
- Ensure compliance with quality policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Identify and report any structural issues, proposing solutions to maintain project integrity
- Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports on findings
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of construction activities
- Recommend improvements to departmental procedures and implement process controls for efficiency
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s or University degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 5-10 years of construction site experience in civil and structural inspections
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and quality control in large-scale developments
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings, construction materials, and site execution processes
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, safety guidelines, and local authority requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess structural integrity in various construction phases
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with contractors and project teams
