**Commercial Manager - Real Estate Projects - Al-Futtaim Dubai****Role Summary**
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a seasoned **Commercial Manager** to oversee end-to-end commercial operations across high-value real estate developments in Dubai. This role involves leading a dedicated team and ensuring seamless delivery of commercial services, including cost planning, tendering, contract management, claims, and risk mitigation for large-scale projects from initiation to handover.

**What You’ll Do**
* Lead commercial planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract cost management
* Provide expert commercial advice to internal teams to minimize risks and maximize investment returns
* Manage procurement strategies, RFPs, bid evaluations, and negotiations
* Oversee project insurance policies and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
* Deliver timely cost reports, risk assessments, and contract performance evaluations
* Build and maintain internal cost databases and improve process efficiency
* Draft and review contractual documents, claims, RFAs, and commercial reports
* Mentor and manage a high-performing team of commercial professionals
* Ensure effective use of FIDIC and other contractual frameworks
* Collaborate closely with Group Legal, Project Managers, and Procurement teams
**Candidate Requirements**
* Minimum 15 years of commercial experience across large-scale real estate developments
* Experience in infrastructure, mixed-use, hospitality, and high-rise residential projects
* Strong expertise in cost planning, estimation, claims management, and contract negotiation
* Solid understanding of UAE market and local legal frameworks
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and Project Management tools
* Experience with FIDIC contracts, preparation of RFPs, and tender documentation
* Background in PQS, consultancy, or client-side roles preferred
* Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
