Concierge, VIP Lounge – Dubai UAE
Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is seeking a professional Concierge for our VIP Lounge within the Asset Management Business Unit. This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the lounge, and creating memorable experiences for our VIP members through bespoke concierge solutions and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage VIP lounge membership enrollment, welcome guests, explain facilities and services, and fulfill all concierge requirements.
* Assist guests with their visit, providing information on mall services, local attractions, and luxury experiences.
* Maintain the lounge environment, ensuring cleanliness, F&B service coordination, and overall ambience.
* Deliver premium concierge services including reservations, transportation, entertainment arrangements, and off-premise activity coordination.
* Conduct pre-arrival calls, arrange lounge experiences, and personalize each guest visit by understanding their preferences.
* Stay updated on UAE events and maintain a reliable network of premium service contacts for guest access.
* Manage in-lounge service bookings, venue setup, and payment coordination.
* Act as a personal shopper for VIP guests, offering shopping advice, sourcing products, and arranging purchases.
* Engage with B2B partners, service providers, and tenants to meet guest requests promptly.
* Oversee campaign management within the lounge following established SOPs.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or equivalent field.
* Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in hospitality, preferably in front desk or concierge roles.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to deliver high-end customer service.
* In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, UAE events calendar, and premium lifestyle services.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling guest data and preferences.
